On Sunday, March 5th from 7-10AM PT, we're performing infrastructure upgrades to Performance Manager and Ad Dashboards. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take between 2 and 4 hours to perform.

Details about the upgrade and why we're doing this:
The technical teams will be updating our infrastructure to a newer version, which will improve performance, security, and availability for all Demandbase applications.

Performance Manager and Ad Dashboard will be unavailable during the upgrade:
Unlike most of our scheduled maintenance where we swap out jet engines mid-flight; We're replacing the wings in this case, so we would prefer to land plane in order to simplify the upgrade.

Please note this will NOT affect the API/Autocomplete endpoints, so you should not see an impact to any end-user functionality including, but not limited to analytics, personalization or forms.

In an effort to limit the impact of this outage we're performing this upgrade on a Sunday which we've identified to have the smallest client impact. However, we do apologize if you are impacted by this maintenance.
